    Page Gatewood was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina.  She received a public relations degree from Wingate University and her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Queens University in Charlotte.  She taught school in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School

    System for a few years before staying home with her children.  

     

    Page has chaired and helped with many fundraisers and charities in the Charlotte area including Art with Heart, the Mint Museum Auxiliary, Bee Something for Bee Mighty, Christ Church Kindergarten Southern Soirée and Eastover Elementary

    Invest in your Child

    Campaign.  Page currently serves as President of the Episcopal Church Women at Christ Church and serves on the Board of Visitors for Wingate University.  She also volunteers with her childrens’ schools.  

     

    Page loves spending time with her husband, Tommy, and their two boys, Tee and Greaves.  In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, cheering her children on in sports, being with friends, and volunteering.  

     

    Page has known the McDermotts for many years.  She and her family will always treasure the memories they were able to have with Bryant and she is honored to be able to help carry on his spirit and love of life through the Live Like Bryant Foundation.
